1. Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove it.
   

   NOTICE:

   Do not touch the bulb glass.

1. Turn the No. 2 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove it.
   

   NOTICE:

   Do not touch the bulb glass.

1. Turn the clearance light socket with the clearance light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove them as a unit.
   

2. Remove the clearance light bulb from the clearance light socket.
   

1. Turn the front side marker light socket with the front side marker light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration, and remove them as a unit.
   

2. Remove the front side marker light bulb from the front side marker light socket.
   

1. Remove the 4 screws.

   *2	"TORX" Screw

2. Using a T20H "TORX" driver, remove the "TORX" screw.
   

3. Using a dryer, heat the backside of the headlight unit.
   

   NOTICE:

   If the headlight is heated unevenly, it will deform or melt.

4. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the headlight lens.
   

   NOTICE:

   1. Wear rubber gloves when handling the headlight lens.
      
   2. Do not touch the lens or the aluminum surfaces with bare hands.
      
   3. If there are fingerprints on the aluminum surfaces, wipe them off with a soft cloth.
      
   4. If there are fingerprints on the back of the headlight lens, replace the headlight lens.
      
   5. Do not allow dirt or foreign matter to get on the headlight lens.
      

   HINT:

   If the lens cannot be removed even after heating, using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in tape, lift the lens. Be careful not to damage the headlight lens and housing.

1. Remove the headlight lens gasket from the housing.
