1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE

  1. Disengage the 7 claws and 3 clips, and remove the front door scuff plate LH.



2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the cowl side trim clip.

  1. Disengage the 2 clips and remove the cowl side trim sub-assembly LH.



3. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LH

  1. Remove the bolt <A> and the screw <B>.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and the DLC3.

  1. Disconnect the hood lock control cable assembly.

  1. Disengage the claw and the 4 clips.

  1. Remove the air hose, disconnect the connector, and then remove the lower instrument panel finish panel LH.



4. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 3 claws and the 2 clips.

  1. Disconnect each connector and remove the instrument panel sub-assembly.



5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (w/o Entry and Start System)

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 clips, and then remove the lower instrument panel finish panel.



6. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL (w/ Entry and Start System)

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and 2 clips, and then remove the lower instrument panel finish panel.

  1. Disconnect the connector.



7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL NO.1

  1. Remove the 2 clips.

  1. Disengage the guide and 4 claws and then remove the instrument cluster finish panel.



8. REMOVE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 4 screws <E>.

  1. Disconnect each connector and remove the combination meter assembly.



9. REMOVE HEADLIGHT LEVELING ECU ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the bolt and the headlight leveling ECU assembly.



10. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL ROD (for RHD)

  1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor connector.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and accelerator pedal rod.



11. REMOVE BRAKE BOOSTER ASSEMBLY

12. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  1. Disconnect the stop light switch connector and disengage the 2 clamps.

  1. Remove 2 bolts (A), bolt (B) and the No. 1 brake pedal support plate.

  1. Remove the bolt and the brake pedal support assembly.



13. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and accelerator pedal.

  1. Disconnect the stop light switch connector.

  1. Remove 2 bolts (A), bolt (B) and the No. 1 brake pedal support plate.

  1. Remove the bolt and the brake pedal support assembly and disengage the clamp.
